For the period of the summertime at Craig Pond highs are regularly in the 80's, and the night is a tad cooler of course, typically in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the       30's while Craig Pond nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. A lot of rainfall falls at Craig Pond; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is August. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the pleasant skiing at Blue Hills; at Craig Pond you can catch a glimpse of Fox Hill. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Beaches are good; and Kings Beach next to Craig Pond is no exception, and camping at Lorraine Park Campground is always a fine experience. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the neighborhood of Craig Pond. Lynn Beach is a beach near Craig Pond that you can stop at, and dry warm beds await you at Homewood Suites Boston/Peabody. Craig Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Prospect Lake Park is a perfect local campground, and get soaked paddling on Cohasset Tidal Rip. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Bartholowmew Pond is nearby, and golf can be played at Meadow Golf Course of Peabody.
