    It's always fun to stop by Coes Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. The Border Trail offers hiking at its best, and Coes Reservoir is a place with many visitors from Worcester. You don’t have to go far from Coes Reservoir to observe the water at Coes Reservoir Dam, and you can run the rapids of Clear and Branch. Just can't get enough of Coes Reservoir. Visiting Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is just something you need to do if  
   you haven't yet.
There's glorious hiking along the Munyan Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Pine Ridge while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Wachusett Mountain; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Auburn is a good place to spend a night or two. Dorothy Hill can be made out from Coes Reservoir, and Coes Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at.

               you at Maple Manor Hotel, and golf can be played at Green Hill Golf Course. Looking for some flowing water? Try Beaver Brook. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Coes Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Wood Lot Campground. But wait, there's more to do close to Coes Reservoir. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Coes Reservoir; Ross Trail is a perfect local trail. There's so much to do here at Coes Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Sutton Falls Camping Area is a perfect location for that.
Through the months of summer here at Coes Reservoir, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Coes Reservoir. Coes Reservoir frequently gets a lot of precipitation; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
