A visit to Coes Pond is always a good idea. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Pine Ridge, and the Border Trail is a perfect hiking trail nearby. A pleasant nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Auburn, and brilliant skiing awaits you at Wachusett Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Beaver Brook is a stream you can stop by while you're here; Curtis Ponds is a nice lake close by. At Coes Reservoir Dam near Coes

Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are in fact bountiful here at Coes Pond. Dorothy Hill is charming and can be seen from Coes Pond, and going for a hike along the Munyan Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. to spend a night or two, and lakes are such calm places, why not visit Coes Reservoir. Summertime highs at Coes Pond generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter
this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Coes Pond during the winter regularly plunge into the 0's. You clearly ought to fancy Coes Pond. Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a great
local destination here at Coes Pond; since you're here you can play some golf at Green Hill Golf Course. The high level of rainfall makes Coes Pond a pretty wet spot; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
