And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do next to Clark Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Henry's Resort Motel is a good site to camp; the top of Mount Ann is easily made out from Clark Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Clark Pond, for example West Pond, and there are some great whitewater spots       on Cohasset Tidal Rip. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Bass Rocks Ocean Inn is a good choice, and you might also want to pay a visit to Middle Ground if you're here at Clark Pond. Enjoy a round of golf at Cape Anne Golf Course not far from Clark Pond, and a good beach close by is Gray Beach. All the water falling down from the sky makes Clark Pond a wet spot; November is when you get the most rain here, and August is when it's the driest. High temperatures                  at Clark Pond during the long summer days are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Clark Pond.
