Taking a little trip to nearby Coolidge Point is a good idea; lakes are such serene places, why not pop by Dykes Pond. And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do next to Clark Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Henry's Resort Motel is a good site to camp; the top of Mount Ann is easily made out from Clark Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Clark Pond, for example West Pond, and there are some great whitewater spots

| | on Cohasset Tidal Rip. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Bass Rocks Ocean Inn is a good choice, and you might also want to pay a visit to Middle Ground if you're here at Clark Pond. Enjoy a round of golf at Cape Anne Golf Course not far from Clark Pond, and a good beach close by is Gray Beach.
