Clark Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. The snow is magnificent at Ski Butternut; Agawam Lake is a splendid lake nearby. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Clark Pond; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while Clark Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the area in the vicinity of Clark Pond

| | has to offer. Glide down the rapids of Konkapot Brook in a kayak, and why not a little side tour to Agawam Brook. Clark Pond in fact is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. If the weather is gorgeous, you acquire a great panorama of Lara Tower from Clark Pond; Woodland Hills Campground is a great campground here. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Bousquet is just what you need, and of course, A journey to Brookside Col is always fun. | |

Bowkers Woods is a nice local forest, and for you golfers we recommend close by Cranwell Resort & Golf Club. If you came for an overnight stay Maple Glade Campground is a great location to camp, and if you need a place to stay
The Red Lion Inn is a fine choice. There's always Glendale Dam to take a look at in the vicinity of Clark Pond, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Elbow Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Latern House Motel is a wonderful
place to get some rest, and do take a hike on the Taconic Skyline Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bash Bish Brook. Lots of folks from Pittsfield come to Clark Pond, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Clark Pond;
Wild Cat Trail is a wonderful local trail. Clark Pond gets a large amount of water; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
