Stay the night at Coastal Acres Camping Court, and a tremendous close by hotel
is Chateau Provincetown. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Clapps Pond. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Clapps Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime
are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. On a magnificent day at Clapps Pond you can take a hike along the Great Island Trail, and a good spot is Shank Painter Bar.
Swamps like Long Point Marshes are fun to stop by, and if
you need a place to stay Four Gables Cottages and Stes is a tremendous choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Clapps Pond a wet site; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest of the months is July.
