Here at Chimney Pond there are plenty of folks from Worcester, and a tour to Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is recommended. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. A tremendous location for whitewater paddling close to Chimney Pond is Clear and Branch, and you can hit the slopes at Wachusett Mountain close at hand. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Chimney Pond. For you golfers we recommend

great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. You get a nice vista of Buffalo Hill from Chimney Pond, and not far from Chimney Pond you'll
come across Carbuncle Pond which is a lovely lake. Don't miss out on a splendid swamp; Cedar Swamp is right here at Chimney Pond; after a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Auburn is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. On a great
day at Chimney Pond you can take a hike along the Ross Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Hudson Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Wellington Brook
is a stream you can have a look at while you're here; Chimney Pond Dam is a stunning location, absolutely worth a visit. Wood Lot Campground is a great campground nearby, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Munyan
Trail. All through the warm months at Chimney Pond temperatures are typically in the 70's, and the night is rather colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Chimney Pond dip into the 0's.
