Cold Spring Swamp if you're here at Charles River Reservoir, and Hemlock Gorge is in close proximity, and is a splendid place. Sheraton Needham Hotel is a pleasant spot to get some rest; of course, all our national parks are good
locations to check out and Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is no exception. For the duration of the months of summer at Charles River Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures
are in the 60's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Charles River Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Camp Micah while you're here
at Charles River Reservoir, and on a gorgeous day you acquire a brilliant panorama of Beacon Hill from Charles River Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Very delightful scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Blue Hills,
and if you came for an overnight stay Camp Cedar is a great site to camp. While you're here at Charles River Reservoir you can play some golf at Woodland Golf Club, also Newton Upper Falls Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here.
