A lake nearby is Chimney Corners Pond, and close by you locate the Richard Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. Through the summer at Center Pond temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Center Pond.       Glide down the rapids of Westfield River - West Branch in a kayak, and Super 8 Lee/Berkshires/Outlet Area is a magnificent spot to get some rest. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Center Pond is so good! The Spring Trail is a glorious hiking trail close to Center Pond, and if you came to camp Summit Hill Campground is a glorious site to do that. Depot Brook is a stream that you may bump into during your stay. There's so much to do here at Center                  Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Bonny Rigg Camping Club is a good spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Farmington River - West Branch, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Pittsfield here. All the outdoors enjoyable things close to Center Pond will keep you coming back repeatedly. Rudd Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. Benton Hill is a peak you can catch a sight of from Center Pond, and hey, Gotta ski right? Blandford is a wonderful spot to do that. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to catch a glimpse of at Center Pond Dam near Center Pond; the slopes of Otis Ridge are so inviting noone can resist.
