Many people like to go to Cedar Pond. Yeah, come here to Cedar Pond for a brilliant time. The summit of Shepard Hill can be seen from Cedar Pond, and at Cedar Pond Dam near Cedar Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see. Much precipitation falls at Cedar Pond; most of the rain falls all through November; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Yogi Bear's Sturbridge Jellystone Park is a magnificent place to camp; obviously Breakneck Brook is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. Here at Cedar Pond there are plenty of
folks from Willimantic, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Natchaug River. At Cedar Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures
plunge down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Cedar Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. Outdoor world Campground is a nice campground here, and a wonderful beach close by is Woodstock Town Beach.
