Why not visit The Anchorage also if you're here; dry warm beds await you at Capewind Waterfront Resort. At Cedar Lake you always meet someone from Barnstable Town. There's so much to do here at Cedar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sippewissett Campgrounds-Cabins is a tremendous location for that. This lake is so wonderful. A day at pretty Eustis Beach in the vicinity of Cedar Lake is a great thing to do, and a swamp like Beaton Bog near Cedar Lake

| | has lots of out of the ordinary things to see. A lake close by is Flax Pond. Cedar Lake typically gets a good deal of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is June. Cedar Lake is not the only site nearby, Trout Pond is a nearby lake; Sea Crest Resort is a pleasant site to get some rest. Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Sunrise Beach is right next door to Cedar Lake and is a gorgeous beach to stop by, and Rands Harbor is a great place to stretch your legs a bit.
