Cohasse Brook
is a delightful local stream, and do take a hike on the Border Trail. Carpenter Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most while February is frequently
the driest month. Hiking along the Munyan Trail is good fun; Quaboag River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby.
