If you are in this part of Massachusetts make sure to pay a visit to Card Pond. Card Pond is not far at all from Pittsfield; camping at Card Pond is pleasant fun, Fox Hill Camping Area is a pleasant local campground. What would winter be without some skiing at Bousquet; hiking is a popular thing to do around Card Pond; Brickhouse Mountain Trail is a good local trail. Don't leave Card Pond without first going for a hike along the Wild Cat Trail, and getting to Cone

Through the summer highs here at Card Pond reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Card Pond temperatures descend to the 10's. If you adore the outdoors, you'll like Card Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Wheatleigh. This is no place for people who don’t
like to have a good time. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Bash Bish Brook, and if you get bored of Card Pond you could also check out nearby Lake Averic. This lake is so wonderful. There
are some great whitewater spots on Konkapot Brook; there's glorious hiking along the Taconic Skyline Trail.
A B&B in the Berkshires is a magnificent spot to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Woodland Hills Campground
is a splendid place to camp. Card Pond is a good place of typical rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
