If you came for an overnight stay Indian Ranch Campground is a great location to camp, and everyone close by loves skiing at Wachusett Mountain. High temperatures at Carbuncle Pond during the long summer days are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Carbuncle Pond during the wintertime ordinarily descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for

| | a hike on the Border Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and not far from Carbuncle Pond you'll discover McKinstry Pond which is a picturesque lake. Yeah, come here to Carbuncle Pond for a good time. There's whitewater on Clear and Branch for all you adrenaline kick people, and there's some flowing water close by, Little River is a stream you can visit while you're here. mostly May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. Buffalo Hill can be made out from Carbuncle Pond. A journey to Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is recommended,
and there are other places here than Carbuncle Pond, for example Stumpy Pond. This lake is so wonderful. At Hodges Village Dam right next door to Carbuncle Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and dry warm beds
await you at Fairfield Inn & Suites Worcester Auburn. Near Carbuncle Pond you find the Munyan Trail which is a great hiking trail; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Quinebaug River. There
are tremendous places to look at along the Walkabout Trail, and Hampton Inn Auburn is a brilliant spot to get some rest. So much fun stuff to do here at Carbuncle Pond, too brilliant to be true. Carbuncle Pond is not far at all
from Worcester; if you're here you can play some golf at Pakachoag Golf Course. Swamps like Cedar Swamp are fun to stop by; why not camp at Wood Lot Campground while you're here at Carbuncle Pond.
