A swamp like Quivett Creek Marshes in the neighborhood of Canoe Pond has lots of out of the ordinary things to see; a good beach close by is Paine's Creek Beach. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course near Canoe Pond is Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and if you need a location to stay Jonathan Edwards Motel is a good choice. A good deal of rainfall falls at       Canoe Pond; throughout November this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Great Island Trail, and Old Chatham Road Recreational Vehicle is a tremendous local campground. Throughout the summertime at Canoe Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's with night lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Canoe Pond tend to be in the 20's.                  Quivett Neck is not far from Canoe Pond at all, and if you get bored of Canoe Pond you could also have a look at nearby Lower Millpond. Canoe Pond in fact is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Here at Canoe Pond there are plenty of people from Barnstable Town, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Red Maple Swamp Trail. This lake is so wonderful. It's a good idea to go to Quivett Creek, it's near Canoe Pond; Upper Millpond is a nearby lake that you could check out. What a spot this is for outdoors people. The vistas at Cape Cod National Seashore will blow your mind; beaches are good and Robbins Hill Beach is no exception.
