If you are traveling by, why not stop by Campus Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Don't miss out on a good swamp; Hawley Swamp is right here at Campus Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Connecticut River. For the period of the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Campus Pond. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Campus Pond

Cushman Brook is a stream that you may encounter while you're here, and there are some good whitewater spots on Millers River - Lower. Lake Warner. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Sandy Beach, and the vista of beautiful Pulpit Hill is nice. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Campus Pond, for example Factory Hollow Pond; you're sure to
encounter some good folks from Springfield here. Hit the slopes at Living Memorial Park in close proximity. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Campus Pond has to offer, you can camp at Rainbow Motel, and a fine close
by hotel is Campus Center Hotel. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Campus Pond. There's so much to do here at Campus Pond that you need to camp here for a while, White Birch Campgrounds is a great place for that, and a golf course nearby is Amherst Golf Club.
