Just can't get enough of Buttrick Pond. Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a tremendous local destination here at Buttrick Pond, and enjoy a round of golf at Butter Brook Golf Club. Stay the night at Northport Campground, and tremendous water scenery is available at Batemans Pond Dam right next door to Buttrick Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Assabet River, and if       you like swamps you're in luck, Batemans Pond Swamp is right close by. This lake is so wonderful. Buttrick Pond is a great location to camp, Wyman's Beach is a great location; dry warm beds await you at Best Western At Historic Concord. Farmers Cliff is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Buttrick Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Colonial Inn is a nice choice. For the duration of the summer at Buttrick Pond highs are generally in the 80's. During                  the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Buttrick Pond fall into the 0's. You get a great sight of Bellows Hill from Buttrick Pond; Buttrick Pond is not the only location close by, Batemans Pond is a close by lake. A great deal of rain falls at Buttrick Pond; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
