Burrage Pond is a nice lake to visit. Ridder Golf Course is a tremendous golf course nearby; Great Cedar Swamp is a swamp in the neighborhood of Burrage Pond. During the days of summer at Burrage Pond highs are commonly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. spend more than a day at, Plymouth Rock Koa Kampground is a tremendous local campground. All the water falling down from the sky makes Burrage Pond a wet place; through the month of November you get the most rain around here; July
is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Rockland. There's so much to do here at Burrage Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robins Pond Camp Ground is a good site for that.
