Burbank Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Courtyard By Marriott Boston North-Woburn Stoneham is a good spot to get some rest, and Kimballs Pond is an attention-grabbing swamp near Burbank Pond. All through the long summer days highs here at Burbank Pond get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's
