This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Wachusett Mountain, and if you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Bedrock Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Lashaway Inn is a delightful choice. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Dean Campground is a glorious place to camp, and Buckhill Pond is not far at all from Worcester. During the warmest time of the year,       highs mostly are in the 70's at Buckhill Pond, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Buckhill Pond temperatures sink to the 0's. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Quaboag River, and Pine Ridge is a pleasant local ski area.
