Buck Pond is a wet location that gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is May, and January is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Buck Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Buck Pond tend to be in the 0's. This       lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Connecticut River is so much fun, and Buck Pond is not the only site close by, Doe Pond is a close by lake. Buck Pond beyond doubt is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. Stay the night at Windy Acres Campground, and there are good locations to look at along the Link Trail. A lake nearby is Round Pond; Horse Pond Dam is a wonderful site. Playing golf is lots of fun at East Mountain Country Club, and there's some                  flowing water nearby, Barry Brook is a stream you can take a look at while here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Buck Pond has to offer, you can camp at Sodom Mountain Campground; a great site nearby is Bush Notch. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area close to Buck Pond has to offer. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Westfield is a pleasant choice. Float down the rapids of Little River in a kayak, and you can go for a hike on the Richard Trail. What would winter be without some skiing at Blandford, and a splendid close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD.
