There's some attention-grabbing stuff to see at Horse Pond Dam next to Buck Pond, and camping at Windy Acres Campground is always a perfect experience. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Bush Notch is right next door to Buck Pond and is certainly a fine spot to have a look at; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Little River. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Buck Pond; County Road Trail

| | is a nice local trail, and Doe Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit. Good hiking is available along the Link Trail, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Inn & Suites. month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Sodom Mountain Campground, and Blandford has great slopes and a friendly staff. There's tremendous hiking along the Richard Trail, and after a long
day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD is a good site to spend a night or two. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll love Buck Pond. An afternoon playing golf at East Mountain Country Club is always a bliss. During
the days of summer highs here at Buck Pond get into the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Buck Pond.
