Brown Pond is always a pleasure to visit. An afternoon playing golf at Ellinwood Country Club Banquet Hall is always a delight, and Quaboag River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay King Phillip Motel is a good choice, unsurprisingly you could also explore Connor Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Why not take a refreshing hike along the

| | White Arrow Trail, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Lorinda Brook. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Peaceful Pines is a tremendous site to camp, and do take a hike on the Red Cross Trail. A fine close by hotel is Executive Inn, and the slopes of Pine Ridge are so inviting nobody can resist. Pond is Carter Hill. During the warm days of summer here at Brown Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in
the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Brown Pond. Brown Pond is right by the Marlboro Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Wachusett Mountain is a splendid spot to do that. Brown Pond gets a typical amount of yearly
rain; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest of the months is February. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Brown Pond. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched,
you can always go whitewater paddling on Millers River, and why not camp at Lamb City Campground while you're here at Brown Pond.
