Briggs Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. The high level of rainfall makes Briggs Reservoir a rather wet place; the month with most of the rain is November, and June on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Briggs Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Pinewood Lodge Campgrounds, and glide down the rapids of Cohasset Tidal Rip in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful.

the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Briggs Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. A day at Nelson Beach close
