    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Massachusetts you can check out Bourn-Hadley Pond. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Templeton State Forest is a forest in the vicinity of Bourn-Hadley Pond that you can go to. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Wachusett Mountain while you're here, and whitewater paddling is good on Contoocook River. There's some flowing water nearby, Crow Hill Brook is a stream you can go  
   to during your stay, and what would winter be without some skiing at Pine Ridge.
Do take a look at Brazell Pond close to Bourn-Hadley Pond, it's a picturesque lake; if you need a place to stay Gardner Super 8 Motel is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. Templewood Golf Course is a golf course next to Bourn-Hadley Pond, and on a good day you can take a hike along the White Arrow Trail. After a long day outdoors King Phillip Motel is a delightful site to
 
               spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Bourn-Hadley Pond has to offer, you can camp at Lamb City Campground.
Bourn-Hadley Pond gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Bourn-Hadley Pond get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows at Bourn-Hadley Pond all through the winter typically sink into the 0's. That right there is heaps already, but it continues; Bourn-Hadley Pond has it all. Stay the night at Peaceful Pines; in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Millers River.
Brazell Pond Dam is a scenic place right next door to Bourn-Hadley Pond, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Harling Trail. This lake is so wonderful. At Bourn-Hadley Pond you can catch a glimpse of Crow Hill, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the White Dot Trail.
