Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Boland Pond is peerless! A trip to close by Frostfish Cove is very relaxing, and Captain's Golf Course the is a good golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. Near Boland Pond you find the Red Maple Swamp Trail which is a nice hiking trail; Rock Harbor Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Idle Time Rv Park & Campground is a glorious campground nearby; you can always       enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Skaket Beach. Going for a hike on the Fort Hill Trail is always a great adventure, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Orleans is a tremendous choice. Dry warm beds await you at Olde Tavern Motel and Inn, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Barnstable Town. During the summertime here at Boland Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally                  in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Boland Pond. Boat Meadow River is near Boland Pond and is always a bliss to stop at, and if you're here, you could also have a look at beautiful Crystal Lake. The high level of rainfall makes Boland Pond a reasonably wet location; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
