Go to Blood Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Nearby lakes? Sure, Baker Pond is in close proximity to Blood Pond; dry warm beds await you at Redwood Motel. Charlton Applewood Campgrounds is a delightful campground here, and a day at beautiful Woodstock Town Beach near Blood Pond is a tremendous thing to do. Blood Pond is not far at all from Willimantic; you can go for a hike on the Border Trail.

On a delightful day you obtain a panorama of Blood Hill from Blood Pond, and an afternoon playing golf at Royal Oaks Country Club is always a bliss. Yeah, come here to Blood Pond for a brilliant time. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Pine Ridge.

If you need a spot to stay Southbridge Hotel & Conference is a splendid choice, and Blood Pond is a fine site to camp, Meadowside woodstock is a fine site. So much cool stuff to do here at Blood Pond, too great to be true. You can
take a little tour to Gore Pond Dam if you're here at Blood Pond; don't leave Blood Pond without first going for a hike along the Munyan Trail. Blood Pond gets a large amount of water; November is the month that gets the most rain
while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Quinebaug River, and good hiking is available along
the Walkabout Trail. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Natchaug River, and Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a brilliant local destination.
