A journey to close by French Watering Place is very relaxing, and Vineyard Sound is a swamp next to Blaney Pond. Blaney Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and February on the other hand is the driest. Take some time to check out Black       Woods while you're here, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Crane Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Westend Pond is nearby. Inn on the Square is a fine spot to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Blaney Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sippewissett Campgrounds-Cabins is a brilliant place for that. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Blaney Pond highs are usually in the                  80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Blaney Pond descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to stop at some exciting stuff, stop at South Bluff, and if you came to camp Coolfont Resort is a good place to do that. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Blaney Pond.
