Why not take a refreshing hike along the Walkabout Trail, and you must absolutely take a look at picturesque Point Rok Beach since you're here. Brigham Hill is a peak you can see from Blackstone River Reservoir; Blackstone River Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Sutton Falls Camping Area is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds  
   await you at Econo Lodge Sutton. Lakes? Sure, Fisherville Pond is in close proximity.
Blackstone River Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rainfall; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and September is the month with the least moisture. Having a great time at Blackstone River Reservoir is simple. There's so much to do here at Blackstone River Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Holbrook's Camping Grounds is a great
 
               site for that; a glorious location for whitewater paddling is Assabet River.

There's splendid hiking along the Ross Trail; there's some flowing water nearby, Cold Spring Brook is a stream you can stop at while you're here.
