| | take a little tour to Bound Brook Pond Dam if you're here at Black Pond. A great swamp close to Black Pond is Black Pond Swamp. There's so much to do here at Black Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robins Pond Camp Ground is a glorious spot for that. highs here at Black Pond get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Black Pond
drop into the 20's. Be careful coming to Black Pond, you might not ever want to go back home again. During your stay at Black Pond do check out nearby Bassing Beach, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Bound Brook Pond. This
lake is so wonderful. The top of Black Pond Hill is easily seen from Black Pond, and you can stay the night at Norwell Campsites. From a precipitation point of view Black Pond is a rather typical place; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is July.
