Sure, Blue Pond is just a very short distance away. Just can't get enough of Black Pond. On a great day it's a great idea to spend the day at Oyster Pond Beach,       and the Buttonbush Trail offers hiking at its best. All the water falling down from the sky makes Black Pond a wet site; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the period of the summertime months at Black Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and night lows at Black                  Pond through the winter regularly drop into the 20's. Avalon Point is not far from Black Pond at all, and Chatham Seafarer is a brilliant location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Black Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sweetwater Forest Camping Resort is a good site for that, and a quick tour to Bucks Creek is beyond doubt a brilliant idea. You don’t have to go far from Black Pond to spot the water at Stage Harbor. But wait, there's more to do near Black Pond. This is a splendid vicinity for people who like lakes. Bear Pond is a lake nearby, and don't miss out on a trip to Cape Cod National Seashore if you're here. The friendly people of Barnstable Town like to hang out close by; if you're a golfer then a delightful nearby course is Captain's Golf Course the.
