Summertime highs at Black Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 60's. This lake is so wonderful. An exciting thing to pop by in the neighborhood of Black Pond is Bassing Harbor; going for a hike along the Red Maple Swamp Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. A
lake nearby is Emery Pond; during your journey here you'll meet some people from Barnstable Town for sure. Cape Cod National Seashore is a splendid national park, and you should pop by Allen Point when you're here.
If you love
the outdoors, you'll go for Black Pond. A quick trip to Frost Fish Creek close to Black Pond is a brilliant idea; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Fort Hill Trail. A lot of rainfall falls at Black Pond; most of the
rain falls during November; July is when it's the driest. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Swamps can be such out of the ordinary places, stop by Mitchell River Marshes while you're here at Black Pond, and a round of golf at nearby Captain's Golf Course the is a brilliant way to kill some time.
