Why not stop by a swamp like Mitchell River Marshes if you're here at Black Pond, and Monomoy Beach is a picturesque beach to visit. This is a popular place for people from Barnstable Town. Black Pond is a pretty wet place ordinarily with a large amount of precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here, and July is the       month with the least moisture. You can catch a glimpse of Cannon Hill from Black Pond; Allen Point is very near and is a pleasant location to stop by. Yeah, come here to Black Pond for a pleasant time. Atlantic Oaks RV Park is a tremendous local campground, and a lake nearby is Little Mill Pond. The warmest time of the year at Black Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime highs                  through the wintertime are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Black Pond. There is a splendid hiking trail close to Black Pond called the Red Maple Swamp Trail, and it's a pleasant idea to stop at Frost Fish Creek. Black Pond is not the only location nearby, Mill Pond is a nearby lake, and on a wonderful day you can visit Oyster Pond Beach. So many fun things to do here at Black Pond, too pleasant to be true. Looking for a nice spree? Cape Cod National Seashore is rather in close proximity to Black Pond, and nearby you find the Buttonbush Trail which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Chatham Bars Inn; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Captain's Golf Course the. This lake is so wonderful.
