Lots of rain falls at Black Pond; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and July is when it's the driest. If the weather is good here at Black Pond, you can go for a hike along the Buttonbush Trail, and Cranberry Valley Golf Course is a tremendous golf course nearby. During your       stay at Black Pond do pop by nearby Forest Beach, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Fort Hill Trail. If you're stopping by Black Pond from Barnstable Town, you won't be the only one, and dry warm beds await you at Brewster Green Resort (Vri). During the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 70's at Black Pond, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures                  at Black Pond dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Camp Favorite is a great location to do that, and you'll discover a delightful lake called Walkers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Red Maple Swamp Trail. There's so much to do here at Black Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sweetwater Forest Camping Resort is a brilliant site for that. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Visiting Cape Cod National Seashore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; if you need a location to stay Chatham Seafarer is a perfect choice.
