Stay the night at Plaza Court Motel and Campgrounds. You'll meet a lot of folks from Worcester here, and the skiing at Pine Ridge is good. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Wachusett Mountain is right next door to Bickford Pond, and pleasant hiking is available along the Wapack Trail. Summertime highs at Bickford Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily       in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Bickford Pond are in the 0's. Bickford Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Westminster Country Club Lobby, and get your heart pumping on the nice whitewater of Millers River. Not                  far from Bickford Pond, you'll come across Bems Pond which is a striking lake, and if you need a site to stay Town Crier Motel is a brilliant choice. Bickford Pond is a delightful site to camp, Pout and Trout Family Campground is a delightful site, and Rodeway Inn Westminster is a great site to get some rest. Just can't get enough of Bickford Pond. It's a magnificent idea to stop at West Wachusett Brook, it's next to Bickford Pond; why not stop by Bickford Pond Dam while you're here.
