Berkshire Pond is a lake worth visiting. Going for a hike on the Circle Trail is always a tremendous adventure; Cheshire Reservoir is a pleasant lake close by. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do close to Berkshire Pond. A great site in the vicinity of Berkshire Pond is The Gulf, and you obtain a pleasant vista of The Boulders from here. A good place to camp here at Berkshire Pond is Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites; paddling on Konkapot Brook

beds await you at Pittsfield Travelodge, and Berkshire Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Hidden Valley Campgrounds is a good local campground. Near Berkshire Pond you hit upon the Deer Hill Trail which is a splendid
hiking trail, and skiing at Catamount is one of those things you just have to do. Berkshire Pond gets a common amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most; the driest
month is February. If you're here at Berkshire Pond, you could stop by Gore Brook, and you don’t have to go far from Berkshire Pond to make out the water at Government Mill Dam. Throughout the warm months here at Berkshire Pond, high
temperatures generally reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Berkshire Pond are in the 10's.
