The slopes of Otis Ridge are so inviting nobody can resist, and Pilgrim Inn is a great site to get some rest. The high level of rain makes Benton Brook Reservoir a reasonably wet spot; August is the wettest month with most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Camp Overflow; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Farmington River - West Branch. Summer brings

a fine local trail, and the County Road Trail offers hiking at its best. If you came for an overnight stay Cold Spring Campground is a tremendous site to camp, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Pittsfield.
If only every spot had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great globe it would be. Gotta ski! Blandford is a wonderful place to do that; Larkum Pond is a magnificent lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm
spots, why not explore Otis Reservoir close to Benton Brook Reservoir; Belden Hill can be seen from Benton Brook Reservoir. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do right next door to Benton Brook Reservoir. Benton Brook
Reservoir is right by the Richard Trail. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Fall River, and great water scenery is available at Camp Sequena Dam close to Benton Brook Reservoir.
