Bennett Pond frequently gets a large amount of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. While you're here at Bennett Pond you can take a hike along the Harling Trail, and Super 8 Gardner is a tremendous spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Marcan Pond, and if you       come at the right time of year, Millers River offers some wonderful whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Pine Ridge and strap some skis to your feet, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Contoocook River. For the period of the summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bennett Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold                  winter nights at Bennett Pond are in the 0's. Be careful coming to Bennett Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. Natty Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Parker Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Colonial Hotel, and there are plenty of folks from Worcester here. The White Dot Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Bennett Pond, and playing golf is lots of fun at Templewood Golf Course. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Bennett Pond.
