If you are in this part of Massachusetts make sure to pay a visit to Bennett Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Wachusett Mountain, and Bennett Pond is right by the Parker Trail. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Bennett Pond get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Bennett Pond is Peaceful Pines, and after a long day outdoors Gardner Super 8 Motel is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two.
A lake nearby is Marcan Pond, and why not camp at Pout and Trout Family Campground while you're here
at Bennett Pond. Bennett Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; August is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you need a spot to stay Colonial Hotel is a brilliant
choice.
