What a nice lake Bennett Pond is. At Bennett Pond all through the summertime highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 30's while Bennett Pond overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. Stay the night at Coastal Acres Camping Court, and there's good hiking along the Great Island Trail. Spend the day on the beach at Herring Cove Beach if you're here at Bennett Pond.

This lake is so wonderful. Time spent at Race Point Beach near Bennett Pond is always great, and swamps
don’t sound that magnificent but Long Point Marshes in close proximity to Bennett Pond is pretty magnificent. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Bennett Pond without first going for a hike along the Beach Forest Trail; Wood End
Bar is around here, and is a nice place.
On a wonderful day you get a vista of Dunes of the Provincelands from Bennett Pond, and if you need a place to stay Four Gables Cottages and Stes is a perfect choice.
