    The beauty of Bellevue Pond is reason enough to stop by. The warmest time of the year at Bellevue Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly colder of course, usually in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Bellevue Pond are in the 10's. The high level of rain makes Bellevue Pond a relatively wet place; most of the rain falls through November, and August on the other hand is the  
   driest. It's a good idea to pop by Alewife Brook, it's in the vicinity of Bellevue Pond; if you need a spot to stay La Quinta Inn & Suites Boston Somerville is a magnificent choice.
You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A golf course next to Bellevue Pond is Stoneham Oaks Golf Course, and Charles River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Bradford is a perfect local ski area; Bellevue Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Camp
 
               Micah is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
The peaks of the Middlesex Fells dominate the scenery of this area; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Concord River. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day it's a nice idea to spend the day at Orient Heights Beach, and the peak of Mount Andrew can be observed from Bellevue Pond. Wrights Pond Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and if you want to hit the beach, Magazine Beach is in the neighborhood.
If you like swamps, you're in luck, Salt Marsh is right nearby, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Boston-Cambridge-Quincy. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Woburn, and there are other locations here than Bellevue Pond, for example Wrights Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Bellevue Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Cedar is a wonderful location for that; South Reservoir is a perfect lake close by.
You definitely should have a thing about Bellevue Pond. The skiing at Blue Hills is glorious, and a journey to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is worthwhile.
