you can hit the slopes at Pine Ridge close at hand. Lakes? Sure, Green Hill Pond is close by, and you can spend the day on the beach at Point Rok Beach. Here at Bell Pond you'll possibly meet some folks from Worcester, and the
panorama of Belmont Hill is stunning. If you come at the right time of year, Clear and Branch offers some splendid whitewater; the Ross Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by. Bell Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than
a day at, Holbrook's Camping Grounds is a pleasant local campground; why not a little side trip to Coal Mine Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Wachusett Mountain has great slopes and a friendly staff, and close by you hit upon
the Munyan Trail which is a fine hiking trail. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Bell Pond, and the night is slightly cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and
night lows during the wintertime for Bell Pond tend to be in the 0's. Bell Pond is a quite wet place mostly with a large amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls through November, and September is the month with the least moisture.
