Why not stop by Beaver Pond if you're passing through these parts. Summer at Beaver Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Beaver Pond are in the 10's. Beaver Pond is a reasonably wet place mostly with lots of rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. here at Beaver Pond, and a tour to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile. Lakes are pleasant; Lake Luisa Reservoir is a lake that's right next door to Beaver Pond, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta
Inn Milford is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Be careful coming to Beaver Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. There are plenty of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here at Beaver
Pond, and Circle CG Farm Campground is a pleasant campground nearby. Going for a hike on the Ross Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on
Assabet River, and an afternoon playing golf at Maplegate Country Club is always a diversion. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Silver Lake, and Beaver Pond is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Pine Hollow Camping is a fine place to camp nearby.
