After a long day outdoors Jiminy Peak is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Brickhouse Mountain Trail. For the duration of the summertime, highs regularly are in the 80's at Beaver Pond. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Beaver Pond. This is a popular location for folks

| | from Pittsfield, and great skiing awaits you at Bousquet. So much cool stuff to do at Beaver Pond, so little time. Beaver Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Privacy Campground is a nice local campground; on a great day you can take a hike along the Turner Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Beaver Pond, you'll find Beaver Pond which is a lovely lake; you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Jiminy Peak. This lake is so wonderful. | |

A tremendous location for whitewater paddling right next door to Beaver Pond is Konkapot Brook, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Taconic Skyline Trail. A common amount of rain falls here at Beaver Pond; the
wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. A magnificent place to camp here at Beaver Pond is Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites, and don't forget to
take a fine little spree to Berry Pond Creek. Just can't get enough of Beaver Pond. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Pontoosuc Lake Country Club, and Doty Hollow is a wonderful place to visit. This lake is so
wonderful. There's a forest here at Beaver Pond called Pittsfield State Forest, and you need to visit Clover Mountain while you're here. You can run the rapids of Green River near Beaver Pond. Lakes? Sure, Twin Pond is in the neighborhood.

Jiminy Peak

I would recomended this campground 110 percent!!!!...alps is the most awesome place to camp.they offer everything and anything there. we saw what they did at the 4th of july and the kids loved it. I advice any parents that have have kids to take them there........they WON'T be disapointed... |
