Konkapot Brook is a magnificent whitewater spot near Beaver Pond. Some of the water close by flows, like Berry Pond Creek, and Valley View Motel is a great spot to get some rest. Going for a hike on the Taconic Skyline Trail is always a great adventure, and no need to travel far to stop by exciting stuff like Clover Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. The view of The Pinnacle from Beaver Pond is beautiful,       and camping is available at Bonnie Brae Cabins and Campsites. Beaver Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Beaver Pond. Here at Beaver Pond there are plenty of people from Pittsfield, and you can go for a hike on the Brickhouse Mountain Trail. For the period of the summer months, highs regularly are                  in the 80's at Beaver Pond. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Beaver Pond.
