Lakes? Sure, Houghton Pond is close by. Any time is a fine time at Bazeley Pond if you fancy the outdoors. Not far from Bazeley Pond you get some great water scenery at Lee Reservoir Dam; do take a hike on the Munyan Trail. Swamps can be such interesting sites, visit Cedar Swamp since you're here at Bazeley Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a lazy day on the       beach at Spring Lake Beach, and a pleasant place for whitewater paddling is Clear and Branch. Nothing beats kicking back at YWCA Beach, and Econo Lodge Sutton is a good place to get some rest. Golf can be played at Blissful Meadows Golf Club, and Peabody Pond is a fine lake nearby. Bazeley Pond gets much water; during November this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Cedar Swamp Brook is a beautiful                  stream that is worth stopping at, and Bazeley Pond is right by the Ross Trail. Don't miss out on a trip to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor while you're here at Bazeley Pond, and hiking along the Walkabout Trail is brilliant fun. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Bazeley Pond. Echo Lake Campground is a perfect campground nearby, and there are plenty of people from Worcester here at Bazeley Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Winding Brook Camping Area is a wonderful place to camp, and Quinebaug River is a good whitewater spot nearby. During the long summer days highs here at Bazeley Pond get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's.
