A visit to Bassett Pond is always a good idea. A scenic lake like Nance Lake in the neighborhood of Bassett Pond is a great place to explore, and you can run the rapids of Millers River. At Bassett Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Bassett Pond during the wintertime usually sink into the 0's.

| | This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Travel Inn is a nice spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Bassett Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeridge Campground is a nice place for that.

The high level of rainfall makes Bassett Pond a relatively wet site; the month with most of the rain is May while February is the month with the least amount
of precipitation. If you came to camp Wagon wheel Camping Area is a perfect place to do that, and places like The Plains are magnificent to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Don't miss out on a nice swamp; Blackington Swamp is right
here at Bassett Pond; a wonderful site for whitewater paddling is Quaboag River.
If you need a place to stay Executive Inn is a wonderful choice; here at Bassett Pond you can catch a sight of Adams Hills.
