Beautiful Barnes Pond has much to offer visitors. Gotta ski! Blandford is a great place to do that, and why not camp at Sodom Mountain Campground since you're here at Barnes Pond. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Westfield River, and camping is available at Wilderness Experience Unlimtd. Take a hike on the County Road Trail, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Southwick Country Club is in the neighborhood.

| | get enough of Barnes Pond. What would winter be without some skiing at Ski Sundown, and not far from Barnes Pond you acquire some nice water scenery at Tekoa Dam. This lake is so wonderful. The Link Trail offers hiking at its best; there's whitewater on Little River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTFIELD is a brilliant spot to get some rest, and why not stop by close by Cook Brook since you're here at Barnes Pond.

Barnes Pond gets a large amount of water; most of the rain falls during May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much fun stuff to do at Barnes Pond, so little time. Why not take a refreshing hike
along the Richard Trail, and a tremendous close by hotel is Elm Motel.
This lake is so wonderful. From Barnes Pond you acquire a fine sight of Russell Mountain; you're sure to encounter some wonderful people from Springfield here.
High temperatures at Barnes Pond during the summertime months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Barnes Pond are in the 0's.
