Barbieri Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. a great spot to camp. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Why not camp at Maple Glade Campground while you're here at Barbieri Reservoir, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Bousquet while you're
here. This lake is so wonderful. The trees of East Mountain State Forest are a good source of shade on hot summer days, and close by you come across Konkapot Col which is a perfect site to go to. Man, is there a lot of cool stuff
to do near Barbieri Reservoir. There's some interesting stuff to see at Barbieri Dam in close proximity to Barbieri Reservoir; wonderful scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Ski Butternut. A great close by hotel is Barrington
Court Motel, and on a gorgeous day you get a delightful vista of Three Mile Hill from Barbieri Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Butternut Basin is a gorgeous place any time of year, and going for a hike on the Elbow Trail is
always a great adventure. For the period of the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at Barbieri Reservoir. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 30's while Barbieri Reservoir night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's.
