Do schedule some time to stop at Hog Island Point in the neighborhood of Baldpate Pond if you have a chance, and a lake close by is Fourmile Pond. On a pretty day you can go to Crane Beach near Baldpate Pond; Baldpate Pond is not far at all from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy. All through       the warm days of summer here at Baldpate Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Baldpate Pond temperatures dip to the 10's. And that's not all you can do here at Baldpate Pond. Don't leave Baldpate Pond without first checking out Eagle Hill; Arbor Inn Motel is a magnificent place to get some                  rest. The high level of rain makes Baldpate Pond a rather wet spot; during the month of November you get the most rain around here, and August on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Sandy Beach is close to Baldpate Pond and is a charming beach to stop at, and golf can be played at Candlewood Golf Club. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to catch a sight of at Ipswich Mills Dam close to Baldpate Pond, and obviously Broad Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Beach Rose Recreational Vehicle Park is a splendid local campground, and dry warm beds await you at WHITTIER MOTEL. You could also check out Ipswich River Reservoir since you're here at Baldpate Pond; it's nearby, and you can run the rapids of Atlantic Ocean. That right there is lots already, but it continues; Baldpate Pond has it all.
