Harbor Beach is around here; Grassy Nook is clearly visible from Baker Pond. There's so much to do here at Baker Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Atlantic Oaks RV Park is a pleasant place for that, and an afternoon playing
golf at Captain's Golf Course the is always a pleasure.
Little Namskaket Creek flows through this area, and Baker Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Sweetwater Forest Camping Resort is a glorious local campground.
Nearby lakes? Sure, Areys Pond is in the vicinity of Baker Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Red Maple Swamp Trail. Baker Pond is a wet site that gets much precipitation; most of the rain falls during November, and July is the
month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. Cape Cod National Seashore is a perfect location in the neighborhood of Baker Pond, and Skaket Beach Motel is a fine place to get some rest. Yeah, come here to Baker Pond for a good time.
