| | and if you came to camp Kings Campground is a delightful location to do that. All the water falling down from the sky makes Badluck Lake a wet site; November is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture.

while you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Sutton. Not far from Badluck Lake you get some great water scenery at Whitin Reservoir Dam; the Munyan Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby.
For the duration of the
long summer days here at Badluck Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Badluck Lake dipping down into
the 10's through winter nights. Paddling on Quinebaug River is so much fun, and Douglass State Forest is a delightful local forest. You're almost certainly hooked on lakes, Morse Pond is one of those nearby, and Badluck Lake is great
enough to spend more than a day at, Holbrook's Camping Grounds is a great local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Here at Badluck Lake you can observe Wadkin Hill, and Clear and Branch has a tremendous whitewater paddling
spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Blackstone National Golf Club not far from Badluck Lake, and naturally, all our national parks are magnificent spots to explore and Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is no exception.
