Camping is available at Crystal Springs Campground; Assabet River Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Bartlett Pond is a nearby lake. The warmest time of the year at Assabet River Reservoir arrives with high temperatures
in the 70's; the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Assabet River Reservoir. Assabet River Reservoir is
a rather wet place ordinarily with a good deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is September. This lake is so wonderful. Barefoot
Brook is a good local stream, and at Assabet River Reservoir you can catch a glimpse of Mount Assabet.
