Camping at Pout and Trout Family Campground is always a glorious experience, and Wachusett Mountain is a nice local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. If you're dropping by Asnacomet Pond from Worcester, you won't be the only one. The slopes of Pine Ridge are so inviting nobody can resist, and since you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Westminster Country Club Lobby.       Asnacomet Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Camping is available at Pine Acres Family Camping Resort, and Joslin Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. And that's not all you can do here at Asnacomet Pond. A lovely lake like Brigham Pond next to Asnacomet Pond is a wonderful place to take a look at; after a long day outdoors                  Gardner Super 8 Motel is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. South Gardner Hotel is a perfect place to get some rest, and why not take a look at Asnacomet Pond Dam since you're here. From Asnacomet Pond you acquire a glorious sight of Comet Hill, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Millers River. During the warmest time of the year highs here at Asnacomet Pond reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
